Return Policy

Product should be installed by a licensed professional. Items damaged due to faulty installation, or installation by unqualified personnel, will not be refunded. Most returns must be unused and in the original package. Certain refunds are subject to the approval of the supplier or manufacturer. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please ship your return in a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Most products on this site have some form of Manufacture Warranty. When applicable, we will work with the customer and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
